EquityShare Ltd commenced trading in 2009 with the purchase of a number of apartments in this prestigious development at Stratford-upon-Avon, close to the town centre and river. All were sold within a short time of purchase at or near the asking price (£150 - £160K), representing a markup of 20%.
Since then, EquityShare Ltd ('ESL') has helped many people to fulfil their property aspirations. Here are a few examples:
- R and his partner needed a bigger house but could not get the right mortgage because of some anomaly on his credit record. ESL stepped in with an investment of £49,500 over 5 years. - P and his wife were relocating from Holland to England on retirement, but found they were hit by the exchange rate. ESL provided £30,000 over 20 years to enable Mr & Mrs P to buy their ideal house. To quote: "Today, only EquityShare is making the acquisition possible".
- J had undergone a divorce and need to buy out his wife's interest in their joint property. ESL paid £11,000 for a 10% share, repayable in 5 years' time. This enabled J to resolve his situation and move on.
- C had taken out a mortgage of £80K to pay for some building works but found this was not enough. At short notice, ESL provided another £25,000 in return for an 11.36% share in the property.
- A had the chance of buying her mother's house in Scotland at a discount of 25% to market value. ESL supplied the funds for this venture (£62,500).
- S was a single mum with 2 kids who was fed up with renting but couldn't buy - that is, until she discovered equityshare. Now the proud owner of an ex-Council house in Edinburgh, she is thrilled to bits. (And as you guessed, we feel quite proud of this one!)
- D, a regional manager and his wife needed a 4-bedroom house for their growing family, and had their eye on an attractive mews property in a new development. ESL smoothed the whole process with an investment of £42,100 in return for a 20.28% share.
- P, a young soldier on active service, needed a secure base for when he returned from abroad. His sister was able to guarantee the mortgage and a deal was quickly put in place.
